The Mansion on Sawmill Lake is your ultimate getaway and event venue! The Mansion, located in the former sawmill town of Manning Texas, offers 4 bedrooms, two balconies, a sunroom and numerous common areas for any occasion. All rooms include luxurious bath towels, thick terry robes, soaps and lotions, television and BluRay DVD Player, and wireless internet connection.

Heart To Heart Suite

Where two hearts connect in celebration of love. This room says “you are special”. It is spacious, beautiful and private with a connecting sunroom that offers an amazing view of the flower gardens and countryside. The ladies will also love the separately  attached dressing room well equipped with mirrors, lighting and dressing table. Relax in the comfort of your ensuite bath with its old huge cast iron sleigh tub.

 

Whippoorwill Suite

Sumptuous is the word for it. This upstairs bedroom, with its warm wood hues and forest green décor, invite you to stay under the covers all day except for the time you spend out on the beautiful balcony overlooking the peaceful country side.

 

Stephen F Austin Room

At the top of the stairs, across from the lovely appointed bath, with its claw foot tub, is the SFA room. We named it after the “Father of Texas” and Morgan and Ruby Flournoy’s alma mater. They enrolled the first day it opened its doors and later married for 65 years and raised 5 children here.

 

Miss Rubys Room

Elegant, lovely and inviting. This upstairs corner room has its own large private balcony, with a swing and bistro table and chairs for morning coffee or your selection of beverages. The most amazing view of the property is from here, it is breathtaking.
